PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is subject to the type of product, for example Zippo lighters, (if not in stock), can take up to five weeks depending on Zippo's production schedule.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Stock Items: 2 Weeks
Custom Items: 2 - 5 Weeks
Also production times may be increased by the season of year such as Christmas.

BILLING
Your credit card will show TLC as the billing agent. TLC is the parent company to Ship-To-Shore.
A percentage of every sale goes to the recreation fund of the specific ship products were ordered for.

RETURN & ADJUSTMENT POLICY
All sales are final. If goods arrive damaged please contact us within 72 hours and we will arrange for a pick-up and replacement time.

PERSONALIZATION
Some products can be personalized with your name or rank such as mugs, hats and wearables.

SHIPPING
Shipping & handling is based on the weight of the merchandise and the choice of shipping method. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays or problems caused by the shipper. In the case of damaged goods see "Return & Adjustment Policy".

GROUP ORDERS
Custom group orders, for any quantity, can be produced given enough lead time and camera ready art, (if required). Special group orders can include many items not shown on this site. Please e-mail us with your fund raising idea or special event. We will be happy to quote all prices and provide you with pre-production proofs, (paper or product).
